Job Requirements
  • Must be outgoing, friendly, warm energetic and have positive attitude.

  • Min SPM and must be able to TYPE in Chinese and English (Fresh SPM Graduates are encourage to apply)
  • Must be willing to work shift hours (8am-8pm AND/OR 8pm-8am, 5 days week and rotational weekends)
Job Description
  • Customer Service Officer (Btw RM2500 - RM6000 Basic + Commission)
  • 1. Provide customer service support to customers via live chat and email
  • 2. Assist customer with registering of accounts, payment issues and frequently ask questions.
  • 3. Drive customer retention and spending via out-bound calls
  • Customer Service Manager (Btw RM7500 - RM10000 Basic + Commission)
  • 1. Lead a team of 4-5 customer service officers
  • 2. Provide training on quality customer service practices
  • 3. Manage customer service team working hours and annual leave
  • 4. Lead managing unhappy and difficult customers
  • 5. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on customer service to management
  • 6. Similar task as performed by Customer Service Officers
