Job Description
  • *Responding to Customer Inquiries through various channels like email, live chat, phone calls, or social media.
  • *Assisting customers with order-related questions, tracking shipments, and processing returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • *Handling customer complaints and working towards resolutions.
  • *Suggesting additional or better products based on customer budget and preferences.
  • *Gathering and documenting customer feedback for improvement.
  • *Managing E-commerce seller center
  • Basic information:
  • Basic Salary : Competitive salary package ( Basic + Group Commission ) *EPF/SOCSO/PCB provided
  • Salary increment after confirmation based on performance
  • Working day / hour : Monday to Saturday 5.5 day
  • Location : Setia Alam, Selangor
