Job Description
- *Responding to Customer Inquiries through various channels like email, live chat, phone calls, or social media.
- *Assisting customers with order-related questions, tracking shipments, and processing returns, refunds or exchanges.
- *Handling customer complaints and working towards resolutions.
- *Suggesting additional or better products based on customer budget and preferences.
- *Gathering and documenting customer feedback for improvement.
- *Managing E-commerce seller center
- Basic information:
- Basic Salary : Competitive salary package ( Basic + Group Commission ) *EPF/SOCSO/PCB provided
- Salary increment after confirmation based on performance
- Working day / hour : Monday to Saturday 5.5 day
- Location : Setia Alam, Selangor
