Joseph Koo is one of Hong Kong\'s most respected composers. He has penned over 1,200 songs, many of which have become classics. Koo composed his first hit in 1962 and in 1974, he wrote the first Cantonese TV theme song that is regarded as the first popular Cantopop track.

He has since won many awards and accolades for his work and is known within the music circle as \"Master Koo\".
