Organised by the National Heart Association of Malaysia (NHAM), the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) will be held at Hilton Hotel & Le Meridien Hotel Kuala Lumpur from the 12th to the 14th April 2013.

This meeting is not only purely the domain of cardiologists but also general practitioners, internal medicine specialists, public healthcare physicians, pharmacist, dieticians, nurses and cardiovascular technologists. This year, the ASM will continue the one day Pre-Congress Echocardiogram Hands-on Course as well as the popular Fellow\'s Course, which aims to be more exam-orientated and interactive. The Malaysian Paediatric Cardiac Society satellite symposium will focus on Acquired Heart Disease in Children and Adolescents, looking at Rheumatic heart disease, infective endocarditis and Kawasaki\'s disease amongst others.
