First started in 2009, KLTCC has welcomed publishers, agencies and copyright owners from Southeast Asia, Asia and around the world. Now in its fifth year, the rights fair has seen increased participation year after year and is expected to be even bigger this year as Asian and emerging markets continue to interest publishers worldwide.

KLTCC is not limited to print and e-book rights at the forefront of changes in the industry. In recognition of the growth of cross media platforms and technologies, KLTCC has expanded since last year to include multimedia, animation, TV, film, and merchandise licenses from different providers.
