Being the largest gathering of human resource practitioners, the HRDF Conference and Exhibition 2013 will welcome more than 1,800 participants and featuring 9 prominent and well known speakers. Each session will focus on key areas of human resource development: Leadership, Talent Development, and Innovation. There will be more than 80 exhibitors showcasing their products and the opportunities to network and apply learning in multiple modalities and industries.


The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) is administered by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), an Agency under the Ministry of Human Resources, via the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act, 2001. The HRDF was established with the aim of developing quality human capital and a world-class workforce in achieving a high income economy based on knowledge and innovation in the nation’s quest to attain the status of a developed country by the year 2020.
