BFM and The Intermark have co-organised a race designed to make a difference. It doesn’t matter whether you enter as an individual, with a group of friends or with your colleagues, there’s something for everyone! Why not spend your day in the heart of K.L deciphering clues to activities similar to the Amazing Race and then race the other contestants up to the 63rd floor of the Vista Tower? The best thing about this one of a kind race is that all proceeds go to 5 Malaysian children homes.
It doesn’t matter whether you enter on your own, with a group of friends, as a corporate team or a sponsor; we’ve got something for everyone! It’s not just about how quick you are at the finish line but also about how well you execute and complete the tasks assigned.
The goal is to encourage corporates and the public to have fun, while staying fit and contributing to charity. The beneficiaries of this charity event are these five children’s homes:
1. Rumah Jaireh - shelters HIV+ women and children
2. Rumah Juara- a home for orphans and underprivileged children
3. Shelter Home - helps abused children and teenagers
4. Special Children Society of Ampang - develops educational programmes for children with learning difficulties
5. Yayasan Chow Kit - serves needy children in the Chow Kit area
