Job Description
- Actively involved in guiding and coaching the sales team in the sales process including:
- >Prospect development
- >Preparing bids/proposals
- >Creating & performing formal presentations
- >Maintaining client follow up
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures, responsible for Sales analysis report and market trend.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers
- Complete special projects as requested
- Evaluate staffing needs, conduct interviews and hire new staff (Team member)
- Coordinate new hire orientation and training for team members
