Job Description
- Liaise with customers on the status of orders.
- Follow up on urgent deliveries for the customer.
- Follow up customer's overdue payment.
- Supervise Sales Clerk and Delivery Clerk.
- Assist Sales Executive and Sales Assistant Manager on customer quotation.
- Additional responsibilities have fulfilled the jobs given by Superior.
- Carry out the monthly stock check for finished goods.
- Provide Quotation to customers.
- If appointed as Automotive customer representative. He/she shall ensure that customer
- requirements are addressed.
