Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or any related disciplines with minimum five (5) years of working experience in the related field
  • Relevant experiences and exposures on Administration functions
  • Must be able to communicate and write in Mandarin
  • Must be strong in self-discipline with positive working attitude

Job Description
  • Responsibilities:
  • Handle and close all the Work Orders within the specified time frame
  • Handle project works including documentation, follow up on progress, liaising with internal and external parties, etc. to ensure on time completion
  • Participate actively in the Company’s activities
  • Establish policy / SOP for the Staff Services Section
  • Skills preferred:
  • Work independently and customer service oriented
  • Communication skills – written, verbal and presentation (proposal and paper work)
  • Can work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Information gathering and monitoring, attention to details and data accuracy
  • Flexible and adaptable
