Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance Management, Bachelor degree in Accounting/CIMA or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably from manufacturing environment
- Strong background in costing and analysis
- Good knowledge and understanding of Accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, experience in handling manufacturing or production floor personnel
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Highly motivated, meticulous, detailed, result oriented, able to work under pressure
- Accommodation will be provided by the Company
Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- - Analyse changes of materials content and manufacturing process for effect on cost
- - Monthly variance analysis report comparing actual cost to standard cost
- - Responsible for setup and recommendation for improvement to better control of cost
- - Assist in preparing budget for production related costs
- - Review and verify accuracy of reports, analyse trends and explanation on cost fluctuations
- - Ensure timely submission of reports
